There’s no greater feeling than knowing I helped another family after the loss of a loved one. Receiving a thank-you card or a phone call thanking me over and over for that policy, and that they really didn’t want to even get at first, but so happy they made the important decision that day … saved them from losing their home, paid off mortgage after losing income from spouse. That’s when I know I’ve done my job.
